2. Your Right to Cancel (Distance & Online Sales)

If you purchase online or at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from

the day you receive the goods. You must notify us in writing via email. You then have 14 additional

days to return the goods. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

3. Exemptions from Cancellation

The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to custom-built or personalised motorbikes,

special-order parts sourced specifically for you, or goods used beyond reasonable inspection.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, include original packaging, and proof of

purchase. Refunds may be reduced if goods show excessive handling.

5. Faulty or Defective Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as

described. If a fault is discovered within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, we

may offer repair or replacement first.

6. Motorbike Returns

Motorbikes purchased in-store are not automatically eligible for return unless faulty. For distance

sales, the 14-day cancellation applies. Customers are responsible for return transport costs unless

the vehicle is faulty. Excess mileage may result in a deduction.

7. Return Costs

Unless goods are faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We

recommend insured and tracked delivery. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit during

return.

8. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Finance

agreements may require coordination with the finance provider.

9. Non-Refundable Items

Used parts, electrical components once installed, and clearance or final-sale items are

non-refundable unless faulty.

10. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email luke@voltxge.co.uk and include your order number, full name, description of

the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
