2. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Mainland United Kingdom and Northern Ireland (subject to additional

delivery times). International delivery enquiries must be made prior to placing an order.

3. Delivery of Motorbikes

All motorbikes undergo a full Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before dispatch. Delivery typically

occurs within 3–14 working days after cleared payment. Delivery is arranged via specialist

motorcycle transport or collection by appointment.

4. Delivery of Parts & Accessories

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days. Express delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days.

Special-order items: timeframe confirmed at purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on product type, delivery location, and selected delivery method. All

charges are displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to order completion.

6. Risk & Ownership

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you. Risk

transfers upon physical possession.

7. Inspection & Delays

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report visible damage within 24 hours with

photographic evidence. Delivery delays may occur due to supply chain issues, weather, courier

disruptions, or regulatory checks.
